The project aims to strengthen the digital and sustainable management skills of tourism SME owners and employees in Chalkidiki through structured VET mobility activities. It seeks to enhance the Chamber’s capacity to deliver practice-oriented vocational training and advisory services, supporting smarter tourism services, improved environmental performance and increased competitiveness of local enterprises.
EPICHAL applied for this project to support tourism SMEs in Chalkidiki in responding to increasing challenges related to digitalisation and sustainable tourism. Many small tourism businesses lack practical skills and exposure to European best practices. Through learning mobility, the Chamber aims to strengthen skills, improve competitiveness, and enhance the quality of vocational support provided to its members.
