The project aims to enhance learners’ and staff’s professional, digital, and green skills through practical training, courses, and job-shadowing at accredited and renowned European and international organisations, promote inclusion and equal access, strengthen SAEK Kavala’s European and global dimension and support institutional development through the transfer of knowledge, good practices, and innovative teaching methods.
SAEK Kavalas submitted this application to enhance the quality of vocational education and training through European mobility and international cooperation (details in ANNEX_2). The project addresses the needs of learners and staff to upgrade professional, digital, and green skills, with a strong focus on inclusion and equal access for participants with fewer opportunities, while strengthening the organisation’s institutional development and European dimension.
