The project aims to: -develop teachers’ skills and promote the adoption of best practices in career guidance and vocational counseling, providing meaningful support to students, -strengthen teachers’ competencies in order to empower snd promote an entrepreneurial mindset among students; and develop teachers’ skills with the aim of fostering a sustainable and environmentally responsible approach to professional life.
The role of the teacher as a career guidance counselor is particularly important in today’s demanding and constantly evolving labour market. Teachers support students in identifying their aptitudes, interests and skills, as well as in understanding the opportunities and prospects offered by different career paths. At the same time, fostering an entrepreneurial mindset through a sustainable approach strengthens key competencies such as initiative, self-confidence and responsibility.
