The project's goal is to empower students and teachers.Students, except from professional experience,gain confidence, creativity, collaboration and a European consciousness.Teachers develop innovative pedagogical practices and international cooperation, improve their teaching practices,adopt innovative teaching methods,participate in European networks of collaboration and experience exchange,and leave a legacy for the future by creating sustainable practices that will benefit future generations.
PEPAL Velestino is located in a semi-urban area and the students come from low-income families, with limited opportunities. We also aim to provide our students with learning experiences beyond the classroom, enhancing collaboration, communication, intercultural understanding and active participation skills. Through the programme, we aim to provide an international experience and enhance the professional development of teachers through innovative pedagogical practices.
