1st objective: acquisition of a first contact & experience in Telemedicine through this Work-based Learning i.e. Learning through work, and the acquisition of elementary initial knowledge of the subject 2nd objective: familiarisation with the linguistic, cultural and social diversity in a European context, of a group of trainees who are at a disadvantage for many reasons (economic, social, racial).
The 2nd EPAL of Serres, one of the largest schools of its kind in Central Macedonia, aims to develop the Health, Welfare & Wellness Sector through cutting-edge technology: Telemedicine, which, unfortunately, is in an embryonic stage in the border region of Serres, although many reasons make its development necessary as soon as possible. Acquiring knowledge on this subject will provide students with valuable skills for the job market.
