Through the youth exchange, we want to support young people in developing creativity, self-expression, and emotional balance in a fast-changing digital world. Many young people feel overwhelmed by constant online stimulation, social media pressure, and the growing influence of artificial intelligence on how people create and communicate. Our project responds to these challenges by offering a safe and inspiring space where participants can explore what creativity means today and how technology affects identity and imagination. From the perspective of youth work practice, the project aims to provide non-formal learning experiences that strengthen young people’s confidence, critical thinking, and intercultural connection. We want participants to learn by doing, through creative workshops, reflection sessions, and group activities that combine art, storytelling, and digital tools. The main objectives of the project are to: Build critical awareness of digital and AI influence on self-image, creativity, and behavior, moving participants from passive consumption to informed analysis. Develop practical and ethical digital/AI literacy by demystifying how generative tools work and establishing frameworks for their responsible use in creative processes. Foster authentic self-expression and storytelling by creating safe spaces for imperfect, culturally-rooted, and emotionally honest human narrative. Cultivate mindful creativity and emotional wellbeing by addressing digital overwhelm. Enable collaborative human-tech creation through hands-on experience in using AI as an editorial tool, enhancing outputs with personal, emotional, and cultural depth. Enhance creative thinking and self-expression through storytelling, artistic experimentation, and collaborative workshops; Encourage critical awareness of how AI and digital media shape creativity, communication, and identity. Build hands-on digital skills, including the ethical and imaginative use of AI-based creative tools. By implementing this project, we aim to empower young people to remain creative and human in the digital age, while becoming more confident, aware, and socially connected.
