Through the implementation of this youth exchange, the project aims to empower young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, by strengthening their confidence, social competences and active participation in society. From a youth work perspective, the main objective is to create a safe and inclusive non formal learning environment where young people can express themselves, share experiences and learn from one another through intercultural interaction and cooperation. The project seeks to support personal development by helping participants improve communication, teamwork and intercultural understanding. It also aims to promote inclusion and equal participation by bringing together young people from different social and cultural backgrounds and encouraging mutual respect and empathy. Another important objective is to strengthen young people’s sense of belonging and awareness of their role in society, motivating them to become more active in their communities. In terms of youth work practice, the project will contribute to the use of non formal education methods that support experiential learning, reflection and peer to peer exchange. It will offer youth workers and organisations the opportunity to create meaningful learning spaces where participants can develop skills, build relationships and gain confidence through active involvement. The exchange will also support cooperation between organisations and the sharing of inclusive approaches in youth work, strengthening their capacity to engage and support young people at local level.
