The project aims to strengthen the role of youth workers as facilitators of inclusive, innovative and community-based youth work. By implementing the project, we seek to equip youth workers with practical tools and methodologies that enable them to respond more effectively to complex social challenges affecting young people, particularly in peripheral, rural and border regions. From a youth work practice perspective, the project focuses on improving the quality, relevance and impact of non-formal youth work by introducing social innovation approaches, participatory methods and community-based learning. The project supports youth workers in empowering young people to take initiative, engage with their communities and transform local challenges into opportunities for social participation and positive change.
