The project aims to strengthen and improve youth work practice in contexts where young people face social, economic or political challenges. By implementing this training course, the partnership seeks to enhance the professional competences of youth workers so that they can respond more effectively to complex situations in their daily work. From the perspective of youth work practice, the project has the following objectives: To strengthen professional competences of 36 youth workers in analysing challenging situations and adapting youth activities accordingly. Participants will improve their capacity to plan structured interventions and remain effective when facing uncertainty or instability within their communities. To enhance facilitation and communication skills that are directly applicable to youth workshops and community initiatives. Youth workers will improve their ability to manage sensitive discussions, encourage inclusive participation and support constructive dialogue among diverse groups of young people. To support the development of participatory approaches that empower young people to express their needs and contribute actively to solutions in their local context. The training will reinforce methods that place young people at the centre of the learning and decision making process. To create a practical toolkit compiling the key methods and approaches explored during the activity. This toolkit will serve as a reference document for the participating organisations, supporting consistent and structured youth work practice after the training. To reinforce reflective practice and professional responsibility in youth work. Through structured reflection and the Youthpass process, participants will increase awareness of their competences and strengthen the quality of their professional engagement. Overall, the project aims to contribute to higher quality, more structured and more inclusive youth work practice across the six partner countries.
