The project aims to reduce the digital skills gap among young people aged 18–25 in Greece and Cyprus, particularly those with fewer opportunities, by equipping them with practical, labour-market-oriented digital competences. Through inclusive, hands-on training activities, the project seeks to increase participants’ employability, confidence, and active participation in the digital economy. At the same time, it aims to strengthen the capacity of participating organisations to deliver high-quality, modern digital education adapted to local labour market needs. Ultimately, the project intends to contribute to social inclusion, youth empowerment, and sustainable local development by enabling young people to actively engage in sectors such as tourism, agriculture, and small enterprises through digital tools.
