We aim to develop both the institution’s practices and the staff’s competences. We hope to gain new perspectives on supporting students in a changing and uncertain environment, as well as to identify new possible approaches through which we can improve, for example, the education we provide for migrants. At the same time, we consider it important to enhance staff well-being and want to offer them opportunities for self-development, participation, and experiencing something new.
We want to initiate the strategic internationalisation of our institution and, through this process, enhance our staff’s competence, engagement, and well-being. Through mobility activities, we hope to gain new experiences, insights, and inspiration that will help us develop and sustain our operations. We believe that internationalisation diversifies and strengthens the institution’s activities while providing individuals with meaningful opportunities for personal and professional development.
