The project aims to develop international, digital and sustainability competences of staff and learners, improve the quality of international work-based learning and strengthen competence-based assessment and cooperation with working life. Mobility periods support the objectives set out in the TAKK strategy to maintain the professional curiosity and motivation of staff.
Our organisation applies for this project to respond to changes in working life, strengthen internationalisation and develop sustainability and digital competences. The aim is to improve education quality, labour market relevance and learners’ readiness for international working life. International mobility is an important part of developing the skills of TAKK staff and students.
