Objectives

We aim to deliver inclusive, preventive, and empowering youth work for young people with fewer opportunities, using intercultural exchange as a practical learning environment. The objectives are to: Provide access to inclusive international youth work, ensuring that young people who usually do not participate in Erasmus+ can take part through strong preparation, accompaniment, and removal of barriers. Use intercultural learning as a youth work tool, creating structured opportunities for young people to interact with peers from other countries, reflect on similarities and differences, and develop respect for diversity through everyday shared experiences. Strengthen social competences and self-confidence, using non-formal methods such as cultural, artistic, outdoor activities and popular games that support expression, cooperation, and trust-building. Support emotional well-being and readiness, integrating preparation, continuity of support, and reflection as core youth work practices when working with young people facing adversity or mental health challenges. Promote active participation and ownership, involving young people in planning, implementation, reflection, dissemination, and follow-up, including the development of a “next step plan”. Improve youth work practice and cooperation between organisations, exchanging methods and strengthening outreach-based and inclusive approaches in an international context.
