Our motivation to develop this project also comes from the real needs observed by youth workers and organizations across Europe. Many young people feel disconnected from offline activities and overwhelmed by digital pressure. Youth workers express the need for new tools and approaches that are relevant to the lifestyle of today’s generation. By taking part in this training course participants will have the opportunity not only to learn but also to practice and reflect. They will experience sports outdoors, work on digital storytelling, collaborate in diverse international groups, and discuss how these methods can be used in youth work, schools, or community initiatives. This project aims to strengthen the capacities of youth workers in media literacy, as well as physical and emotional well-being, by integrating physical activity, healthy digital habits, creativity, and community engagement. Objectives • Enhance media literacy by equipping youth workers to support responsible and creative digital use among young people. • Promote physical and emotional health by integrating sport and active practices to strengthen resilience, well-being, and inclusion. • Develop creative methods by combining sport, media, and storytelling to design engaging, non-formal learning activities. • Foster community engagement by enabling youth workers to implement inclusive activities involving local young people and organisations. • To increase awareness and inspiration on healthy digital habits and well being in local communities at European level through follow up activities • To promote Erasmus + values, intercultural cooperation and to encourage active engagement and initiative of young people in the community
