The objective of this project is to learn the best practices in international youth work and share competences between partners. Increasing the competences of youth workers is a key objective for this project. Achieving this objective, we will have successful projects with young people in the future. We increase the quality of youth work by learning new methods for acting with young people in international context. As the skills for international youth work increases within the youth workers, we also can implement all the knowledge in practice. This is how we increase the knowledge also for young people of the international opportunities. We develop our organization through peer learning and share the best practices in youth work. Developing the participation of young people in youth exchanges is a key objective for the study visit. By achieving this goal, we increase the quality of youth work in our organisations.
