The goal of the project is to familiarize youth workers from Ukrainian organizations with the scope and details of work done in Finnish youth centres. In order to make sure that Finnish youth centres understand what support measures are needed in order to ensure participation of youth from war-affected regions and establish a safe space for them on the one side, and in order to demonstrate to Ukrainian youth workers, who are working directly with youth, what Finnish youth centres can offer to groups when organizing youth exchanges: in terms of safety, learning opportunities, atmosphere and infrastructure. Together, youth workers from Finland and Ukraine will design new projects for future cooperation, and expand their cooperation networks in order to widen the geography of cooperation and make more informed decisions on planning future activities.
