The project aims to develop the youth delegate program so that more young people have the opportunity to influence international decision-making and learn about EU and UN decision-making through youth delegates. Special attention is paid to the inclusion of young people who have fewer opportunities to participate in international societal debate. This is taken into account not only in communication, but also in the non-formal learning methods that are used in events organized during the project. The second aim is to deliver young people’s messages to decision-makers more effectively. For this reason, youth delegates will receive training in areas they have wished for, which are artificial intelligence, public speaking, international lobbying and impactful communication. In meetings with decision-makers, they will be able to apply what they have learned in practice. During the project, new ways of supporting delegates in identifying and articulating their own skills will be developed.
