The project aims to boost participants' self-confidence and empowerment and to promote open-mindedness, confrontation with island realities, deconstruction of stereotypes and a better understanding of otherness. We also want to develop cross-cutting skills: oral expression, critical thinking, intercultural and digital skills. Finally, we seek to consolidate sustainable European partnerships.
Our association is applying to offer adult women in our region, who are often cut off from European opportunities due to economic constraints and insularity, a formative mobility experience. We want to make our work part of a long-term European initiative, strengthen the intercultural dimension of our workshops and develop our expertise in non-formal education on an international scale.
