The project pursues three main objectives: to structure a European pathway for social and professional inclusion through sustainable food practices based on the Cuiz’IN programme; to strengthen the technical, social and intercultural competences of 12 adult learners; and to enhance the pedagogical capacities of the team in inclusive support and shared governance. The mobility will follow a research-action approach to produce transferable tools and sustainable outcomes.
BAM is applying to structure and professionalise its food-based social inclusion pathways for adults in vulnerable situations. The mobility in Brussels will allow us to observe alternative models of community-managed spaces, formalise a pedagogical framework, and strengthen both staff and learners’ competences within a European cooperation perspective.
