Three objectives: (1) Equip our trainers with structured pedagogical methods for heterogeneous adult groups. (2) Develop the team's digital skills to create online content, use AI tools and offer hybrid formats. (3) Strengthen our capacity to design and submit Erasmus+ KA2 projects. The impact will reach the entire team and our 120 annual learners.
BOMBAEVENT serves 120 adult learners per year, predominantly from the African diaspora. Our 5 trainers are skilled in their fields (dance, communication, events) but lack training in adult pedagogy and digital tools. Adapting to our learners' diverse profiles relies on individual intuition. Additionally, our team lacks the skills to design European KA2 projects. These gaps cannot be addressed with our own resources alone.
