With this project, FAS aims to observe, through two different trips in Belgium and Spain, how social et cultural actors in these countries work with cultural rights and which are the effects on their practices. This is in order to build the skills of the members of FAS's National Support Group : GAN Culture, and to better equip them to inspire the network on this topic. In addition, the project will help bringing this working group together and energising its work.
FAS is applying because she believes the encounter with other european organisations in the field of solidarity and fight against discriminations, homelessness and poverty can inspire the members of its network, and therefore enhence the ways to support and help people in difficult situations. This is also a way to support lifelong learning for social workers and to create partnership with european countries, which seems necessary in the current political context.
