We wish to strengthen the pedagogical skills of our team in adult education, improve our cooperative facilitation and inclusion practices, and develop sustainable European cooperation with partners committed to ecological transition and participatory governance.
Our cooperative trains over four hundred adults each year who are involved in collective projects for ecological and social transition. The evolution of our roadmap to 2028, particularly regarding the governance of common resources, the ecological protection of territories, and food resilience, is leading us to strengthen our teaching practices and our European outreach. We are applying for Erasmus+ funding to structure this skills development.
