The project aims to strengthen the pedagogical, intercultural, and organizational skills of staff in order to improve the quality and security of mobility programs, enable adults with fewer opportunities to improve their employability through their first mobility experience, and sustainably integrate the benefits of mobility into PROSPECTIVE's practices. The objective is to strengthen inclusion, the quality of support, and the European dimension of the organization.
PROSPECTIVE is applying to improve the quality of its adult education activities and develop access to European mobility for adults with fewer opportunities. Based in Martinique, an outermost region of the European Union, the association operates in a context of geographical remoteness that limits access to European exchanges. This project aims to structure inclusive and secure mobility, based on strengthening staff skills.
