We aim to evolve our organisation towards a more regenerative model by consolidating our skills in human governance, technical resilience and inclusion. The project transforms each mobility into a shared learning space, the lessons learned from which sustainably nourish our practices. Ultimately, we seek to strengthen our autonomy and our ability to transmit this knowledge to adults accurately and coherently, in the service of a grounded and collective transition.
We are applying because our collective wishes to take the next step in its development. In order to run our site effectively, we need to refine our governance and resource management skills. At the heart of our approach, we want to acquire and share new life lessons. By seeking out other experiences, we bring back concrete tools to nourish our pedagogy of mutual aid and stabilise our non-formal education project.
