The project aims to strengthen the capacity of ECPB adult learners to apply participatory and inclusive methods in community-based settings, enhance engagement of adults with fewer opportunities, and systematically integrate mobility-based learning into ECPB’s digital and organisational framework to improve long-term quality and coherence.
ECPB works in adult non-formal education with volunteers, community animators and retired adults supporting vulnerable populations. The organisation identified a need to strengthen participatory facilitation skills, improve engagement of adults with fewer opportunities, and better connect digital reflection with real-life community practice. European mobility offers access to tested approaches that reinforce its pedagogical framework.
