Several objectives are being pursued: to strengthen the employability of people with disabilities; to raise awareness among the public about disability issues (trainers and the general public); to bring into the public debate the right of professionals with disabilities to access a regular professional life and to highlight the skills they can offer in response to the needs of the labor market. WSFR also aims to highlight model pathways, giving its learners more legitimacy.
The mobility project led by WorldSkills France (WSFR) through the participation of learners with disabilities in an international skills competition is a key to developing its efforts to better integrate people with disabilities into the workforce. Working to highlight all talents, WSFR aims to showcase the range of opportunities available to these young people: integration is possible regardless of one's disability and pathway.
