By implementing this project, IFRASS aims to strengthen the professional skills and autonomy of its Level 3 and 4 learners by providing them with practical and professional experiences abroad. The project also seeks to promote European openness, active citizenship, and inclusion by raising participants’ awareness of European values and developing their intercultural skills to better integrate into an international professional environment.
This application responds to a growing demand for mobility expressed by our Level 3 and 4 learners, who wish to gain professional experience abroad to strengthen their practical skills and employability. This project also forms part of an inclusive approach, aiming to provide mobility opportunities to all our learners, including those with fewer opportunities.
