In the framework of the project "TECH4HERITAGE: Cultural Diversity as a Driver of Entrepreneurial Innovation," we aim to achieve a profound transformation in how young Europeans perceive and value their cultural heritage in the digital economy. We observe that intangible cultural heritage—traditions, crafts, local know-how—is a largely underutilized treasure, while it represents a unique source of inspiration for authentic and sustainable innovation. Our ambition is to demonstrate that cultural diversity, far from being an obstacle, is the most powerful engine for building a resilient, distinctive, and inclusive European economy. To realize this vision, we pursue precise and measurable objectives. First, we aim to empower thirty young people from France, Turkey, Germany, and Romania with concrete entrepreneurial, digital, and intercultural skills. At the end of the project, each participant will be able to use tools such as the Business Model Canvas, prototype an idea with digital tools, and work effectively within a multicultural team. Second, we want to stimulate the creation of innovative entrepreneurial projects rooted in heritage. Through a collaborative hackathon, young people will develop concrete prototypes in mixed teams, such as cultural mediation applications or platforms for showcasing craftsmanship, thereby demonstrating the economic feasibility of their ideas. Finally, our goal is to sustainably strengthen European cooperation and a sense of belonging to the EU. By bringing together youth and associations from diverse backgrounds, we create a living network of future entrepreneurs and cultural actors across Europe. The project will result in the production of a "Guide for the Intercultural Young Entrepreneur," an open-source resource that will disseminate our methodology far beyond the direct participants, inspiring a new generation to build bridges between culture, technology, and a common economic future.
