Sport Sans Frontières aims to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities through sport, by offering 20 young French and Moroccan participants aged 18 to 30 an international mobility experience. The project pursues two main objectives. The first is to challenge stereotypes and promote inclusive values through sport, enabling participants to experience acceptance, tolerance, respect, solidarity, and teamwork. The second is to develop participants' transversal and professional skills, enabling them to acquire competencies in teamwork, communication, adaptability, and intercultural skills, while exploring roles in the hospitality sector. From a youth work perspective, this project addresses the lack of international mobility opportunities for young people with disabilities, a group still largely underrepresented in the Erasmus+ programme.
