In line with the specific objectives of the Erasmus+ program, we aim to: - encourage the use of creativity to imagine a future aligned with one's aspirations and desires, by leveraging it to foster entrepreneurship and/or job searches - introduce young people to a different approach to learning by utilizing non-formal education and lifelong learning throughout the project, promoting "learning by doing," where participants are responsible for their own learning process. The main objective of the project is to impart entrepreneurship-related skills to young people in order to foster their personal fulfillment. To this end, the project provides them with concrete tools, particularly transferable skills, adapted to be competitive in the job market through non-formal education methods. The goal is to give participants the opportunity and space to experiment and discover methods to strengthen their self-esteem and confidence. The proposed activities will be based on the "no results expected" method, encouraging participants to reflect more deeply on what they do, experience, and learn, and to draw their own conclusions. This will give them the opportunity to change their perspective on results: rather than focusing on failure, they will be encouraged to consider possible solutions in their daily and professional lives, focusing on questions such as "how can I improve my results?" "how can I do better?" instead of adopting a negative or victim-like attitude. For us, learning must emphasize facilitation and individual potential: this is how everyone can find their own motivation, goals, and interests. To achieve this, we believe it is essential to provide young people with a safe space where they can confront themselves, try new things, make mistakes, and become aware of them. We believe this is the best way to develop key skills useful for the job market, whether as an employee or entrepreneur. By placing participants at the heart of their own learning process, we give them the opportunity, with the support of facilitators, to develop their sense of responsibility: - Be responsible for their own learning in order to take ownership of their successes and discover their "superpower," while being guided in a proactive and constructive approach to foster their motivation and ideas. - Facilitate certain sessions and assume responsibilities during the project to build their confidence and self-esteem. - Plan certain management tasks, such as time management, to acquire planning and organizational skills. With this in mind, the expected learning outcomes will be defined for each participant before the start of the activity. To this end, an initial assessment will be conducted one week beforehand, using a questionnaire and a "personal goal plan." At the end, we will also ask them to define five long-term personal goals for their future. The main learning outcomes expected for young people are: - Identify their motivations - Develop an awareness of diversity and inclusion - Acquire a project management toolbox - Improve transversal skills (leadership, communication, time management, teamwork) - Set clear objectives - Develop a better awareness of their skills - Strengthen their self-awareness - Improve their communication.
