The current model of mass tourism in Europe exerts unsustainable pressure on our water resources, transforming our rivers, like the Garonne, and our oceans like the Atlantic ocean into mere consumption backdrops. Faced with this observation, our project aims to solve a specific inefficiency identified by our consortium: the critical lack of technical skills among young people to evaluate and reduce their real environmental impact. Our goal is to move from simple awareness-raising to concrete technical action. We will provide participants with verifiable methods to audit tourist sites and create professional digital content that directs flows towards sustainable practices. To ensure the rigor of our educational approach, we have built our methodology by aligning it with the European GreenComp skills framework, thus ensuring that the skills acquired are structured and directly valuable in the labor market. To effectively structure our intervention, we have defined four precise operational objectives: 1. Audit the Flow: Teach participants to evaluate a tourist site based on its impact on water and local life, using the expertise of our Turkish partner GECSUD. 2. Master Liquid Storytelling: Use theatrical techniques to tell the stories of the river and the ocean, transforming water protection into an adventure thanks to the R-Evolución association. 3. Digitize the Current: Create a concrete digital product (Interactive River Map / Audio Guide) that guides tourists along the Garonne to sustainable locations, under the direction of the Estonian partner Elama. 4. Promote Blue Citizenship: Develop a sense of shared responsibility for the oceans and rivers that connect our European nations. By achieving these objectives, we transform our participants, including those facing economic obstacles, into competent content creators capable of protecting our river ecosystems through the mastery of digital tools and rigorous audit methods.
