Project Title: Creative Digital Media for Social Impact In a rapidly evolving digital age, youth workers must develop the skills to utilize creative digital tools effectively to address pressing social issues. Despite their potential, many youth workers lack the necessary training to harness media formats like videos, podcasts, and social media campaigns. These tools are powerful in amplifying youth voices, fostering social inclusion, and addressing challenges such as discrimination, unemployment, and mental health stigma. This gap is particularly evident in communities facing socio-economic challenges, where youth workers struggle to engage marginalized groups effectively. Equipping them with modern, creative tools can bridge this gap, fostering empowerment, social engagement, and resilience among youth. Primary Goal: To empower youth workers with creative digital media skills to address social issues and effectively engage youth in building inclusive, equitable, and resilient communities. Project Objectives: - Equip youth workers with technical and creative skills in video production, podcast creation, and social media campaign development. - Enhance the capacity of youth workers to address social issues like inequality, cultural integration, and mental health through digital storytelling and media. - Foster intercultural dialogue and exchange of best practices among youth workers from France, Armenia, Estonia, and Georgia. - Develop an Online Resource Hub to provide accessible tools, guides, and examples for youth workers globally. - Promote the active involvement of marginalized youth, including those from disadvantaged backgrounds, in social change initiatives through innovative media. Training Course Overview: The training course is scheduled to take place in the vibrant city of Yerevan, Armenia, from November 10 to 19, 2026. Bringing together a diverse group of participants, the program will host 32 youth workers from France, Armenia, Estonia, and Georgia. These participants will be guided and supported by a team of five expert trainers and one accompanying person, making a total of 38 individuals involved in this transformative experience.
