Objectives

This project aims to strengthen youth engagement by developing the skills of youth workers. The mobility activity will enable participants to discover inspiring digital practices, engage in peer exchange, and co-create tools in order to improve the quality of youth work. The project also seeks to strengthen the capacity of organisations to support all young people, including those with fewer opportunities. Finally, it aims to create new partnerships at both local and cross-border levels. Consequently, the project pursues three main objectives: 1. Developing the professional skills of youth workers The project will enable participants to diversify their educational practices, strengthen their facilitation digital skills, practice analysis, and intercultural communication, and gain a better understanding of the dynamics of youth engagement. These contributions will foster more effective support, particularly for young people with fewer opportunities. 2. Strengthening the use of digital tools in youth work The project aims to improve the use of digital tools to support youth engagement through access to information, youth expression, and the promotion of young people’s initiatives. This skills development will make it possible to gradually integrate appropriate digital tools into facilitation and support practices. 3. Encouraging the emergence of local and international partnerships The project creates a favourable framework for interdisciplinary and intercultural cooperation at a local and transborder level between French and Italian professionals, with the aim of developing sustainable collaborations focused on engagement and European openness. These partnerships will directly benefit young people by offering more opportunities for participation, broader access to European projects, and richer, more coherent pathways of engagement.
