The project "More Space for Youth" and the event "Youth Assembly" are part of a strategy to develop young people’s engagement in the service of the common good and citizenship. Three main levers are activated: enabling diverse and accessible pathways for engagement, giving young people the opportunity to address adults and make their voices heard, and valuing youth engagement while recognizing the role of social centers as influential actors in this area. The objective of the project is to experiment with new forms of youth engagement by providing a national meeting space where young people can learn, debate societal issues, meet peers from diverse backgrounds, confront their perspectives with those of adults, and generate motivation to take action both locally and nationally.
