The project aims to strengthen civic participation and democratic engagement among young people aged 13 to 18 from the Bas-Vernet neighbourhood in Perpignan, building on the continuity of the educational actions carried out by the EAJ. Its objective is to enable young people to better understand the role and concrete impact of the EU on contemporary issues that directly concern them, such as justice, migration, borders and fundamental rights. Through regular local activities based on non-formal education, the project encourages expression, debate and the development of critical thinking. The association PSI supports this process through EU awareness-raising activities and by coordinating the European dimension of the project. Intercultural exchanges and European mobilities to The Hague and Naples, as well as a reciprocity mobility in France, allow young people to meet peers from other countries.
