The VOICE project aims to strengthen young people's democratic participation within Concordia by giving them real power to analyse, propose and influence the association's decisions, governance and forms of engagement, from a European perspective. In concrete terms, the project aims to: -enable young people to understand and analyse the mechanisms of decision-making and governance within the association, comparing them with European practices; -identify, based on their experience, the obstacles and levers for voluntary engagement and the pathways offered by Concordia; -co-construct and experiment with new forms of youth participation, in particular through a youth committee integrated into the life of the association; -strengthen participants' civic skills, power to act and capacity for dialogue and advocacy; -represent young people's views to associative networks and local, national and European institutions.
