The Parlons d’Europe 3 project aims to help young people aged 16 to 25 supported by Local Missions better understand the European Union and strengthen their participation in democratic life. Through participatory workshops, young people discover how the European Union works, its institutions and key issues, using accessible and interactive educational tools. The project also offers spaces for discussion and debate, enabling participants to express their views and formulate questions or proposals on European topics that concern them. Based on a close partnership with Local Missions, Parlons d’Europe 3 seeks to make European citizenship more concrete, to value young people’s voices, and to strengthen their capacity for expression and engagement.
