Objectives

In rural areas, Europe is often perceived as distant, technical and difficult to understand. The project is based on a simple assumption: the more Europe is explained in everyday terms, the more understandable and accessible it becomes. Our aim is to give young people the means, space and support to express themselves, produce useful information, influence debate and participate in democratic life, through non-formal education methods (workshops, debates, media productions). Objectives: to measure and understand perceptions of Europe (among young people and residents) through a field assessment; train young people in conducting surveys, interviews, podcasts and reports; create short, accessible and embodied narrative formats; bring young people, citizens and decision-makers (local and European) into dialogue; highlight the concrete impact of European policies on everyday life; produce reusable deliverables: travelling exhibition, audio/video series, FAQs, etc.
