This project aims to transform young people’s school-based engagement into a structured and sustainable civic engagement pathway. It targets young people aged 14 to 17 who already hold representative roles (class delegates, members of student councils or participatory bodies) but often lack the tools to fully carry out their responsibilities. The objectives are to strengthen their public speaking and argumentation skills, foster dialogue with local decision-makers, integrate well-being into civic engagement, and create a regional network of engaged youth. The project seeks to enhance young people’s confidence, autonomy, and active participation in local democratic life.
