By implementing this project, we aim to strengthen the managerial skills of reading club leaders focused on group work and to develop the value of inclusivity in library services for adults, especially in the segment of reading clubs.
We submitted this project due to the need to develop the competencies of club leaders and other library staff who are actively involved in the operation of reading clubs. As a newcomer organization with only one independent application behind us, we would like to gather all best practices through learning via internationalization, which we will implement in our work and consequently raise the library standard in the area of providing services for adult users.
