1) Strengthen sustained civic engagement through staff competences in strategic thinking, coalition building and reflective leadership. 2) Build new adult educator’s practical training competences through structured courses and shadowing of experienced European trainers. 3) Enhance organisational and learner resilience by developing staff educational competences in holistic security, enabling safer participation in civic engagement at individual and collective levels.
In Croatia's polarising civic context, TMB faces challenges: fragmented coalitions, emerging leaders needing reflective skills, junior trainers lacking pedagogical experience, and TIGV staff balancing visibility with safety. Previous Erasmus+ projects strengthened individual adult educator’s capacities; this builds strategically on those foundations through targeted mobilities addressing organisational needs for sustained alliances, training excellence and holistic security.
