We aim to improve staff digital skills in using AI tools to increase efficiency in administrative tasks and to adapt learning content to the specific needs of learners. To introduce innovative embodied learning approaches, enhance adult learners’ confidence in speaking a foreign language, and better address the connection between body, emotions, and cognitive processes in learning. Strengthen our capacities, align our work with EU priorities, and ensure long term improvement of adult education.
We applied for the project to improve the quality of our work, strengthen the digital competences of our staff, and enhance the quality of adult education. By digitalising our processes, we aim to adapt learning content to the diverse needs of our learners and align our institution with EU digital priorities. By introducing an embodied approach, we seek to further reduce language anxiety, improve learning outcomes, and increase adult learners’ autonomy and confidence in speaking foreign language
