The project aims to improve digital competences of staff so that at least 80% independently use tools for creating accessible content, and strengthen participatory skills so that at least 60% of learners actively participate in decision-making. Through job shadowing and structured courses, new methods and tools will be integrated into programmes for persons with fewer opportunities and personal assistants, thereby increasing accessibility and inclusiveness of education.
SOIH submitted the project based on a needs analysis among staff and persons with fewer opportunities, revealing basic use of digital tools limits accessible content, and that persons with fewer opportunities rarely participate in decision-making within education. These challenges reflect EU priorities of inclusion and digital transformation. Mobility enables international experiences for creating accessible, participatory programmes and strengthening capacities.
