Tackling geographical remoteness and involving rural areasDigital skills and competencesEqual access and transition to labour market

Objectives

Our primary objectives are to increase students' remote-work technical proficiency by 45% and boost teacher competence in digitally inclusive pedagogy by 75% within one year. We aim to align our technical tracks—specifically mechatronics and computer technology—with Industry 5.0 cloud standards. This ensures institutional resilience under the "Preparedness Union" directive, providing rural students equal labor market access and preventing regional capital flight through digital equality.

Background

Prva srednja škola Beli Manastir, a technical school in the rural tri-border region of Croatia, faces significant geographic isolation and a resulting "brain drain."Current technical training lags behind the Industry 5.0 standards required for the European "Union of Skills."This project addresses the urgent need to transform our institution into a Strategic Competence Hub,enabling our rural learners to access the global digital economy through remote professionalism and institutional resilience.
