The project has two key objectives. First, increase the competence of 9 teachers in Industry 5.0 tools by 55% through eight-day mobility, enabling them to reshape 12 vocational modules with digital and green components. Second, increase employability of 40 students for remote work by 45% and green entrepreneurship competences by 50%, building a Green Business Incubator that will launch three pilot green micro-enterprises. Objectives are aligned with Union of Skills 2026 and Preparedness Union.
SŠ Ivana Meštrovića Drniš is facing digital obsolescence and brain drain.With a 27.5%drop in advanced digital skills at the national level, the school,which educates 213 students from deprived backgrounds,urgently needs modernization.The project introduces digital and green competencies to ensure the economic independence of young people without migration.The goal is to transform the school into a key regional center of excellence that combines Industry 4.0 technology and sustainable development
