We plan to empower 14 students, including those with fewer opportunities, with key skills for future jobs. Through mentored work-based learning, students will acquire digital competencies and eco-friendly work techniques. Simultaneously, 3 teachers will participate in job shadowing to build capacity for a modular approach. This is crucial for the correct implementation of the VET curriculum, ensuring better student preparation for the challenges of the modern labor market.
The project aims to bridge the gap between school workshops and modern labor market demands. It enables vocational students to work with technologies and processes not fully available locally, focusing on digitalization and sustainable practices. Through job shadowing at a partner school, teachers will adopt inclusive mentoring methods and modular organization of practical training. This approach directly strengthens the inclusion of students with fewer opportunities in the VET system.
