The goal is to improve digital skills for 80% of participants in line with the DigComp 2.2 framework and strengthen intercultural competencies for 70% of students in Vienna’s multicultural environment. Teachers will be empowered to plan and implement the modular VET system by developing at least two new teaching modules and applying innovative assessment methods. The project aims to modernise teaching practice, promote inclusion and embed European quality standards into the school’s daily work.
The transition to modular curricula requires urgent adaptation of teaching methods and learning outcomes. The project addresses the gap between current staff skills and VET reform requirements, emphasizing competence-based assessment. Students need access to modern technologies and an international environment to develop digital literacy and European values. Through mobility to Vienna, the school links theory with top European practices, ensuring students' competitiveness in the labor market.
