The project aims to improve vocational education in the fields of electrical and mechanical engineering, strengthen international cooperation, provide students with practical training and support teachers’ professional development. It will expand teachers’ knowledge in applying new technologies and innovations in electric vehicles. The project will enhance students’ competences and employability, promote lifelong learning and support the economic development of Zadar County.
We are applying for the project to strengthen the skills of students and mechanical engineering teachers of the RCC and to improve vocational education in line with labour market needs and the economic development of Zadar County. We aim to provide students in automotive mechatronics, electrical installation, mechanical installation and computer technology with practical training in real work environments, develop personal competences, and increase employability in shortage occupations.
