Objectives

Through two mobility flows, we aim to empower 28 students for the labor market via international work-based learning, focusing on digital and green skills. Our inclusive approach ensures equal opportunities for students with fewer opportunities. The objective of the staff mobility is to enhance competencies in planning and assessing learning outcomes within the modular reform, thereby increasing the school's readiness to implement modern pedagogical methods and digital tools.

Background

We are applying to revitalize our international cooperation and address the lack of modern work-based learning opportunities in our local community. School workshops cannot keep pace with the digital and green transformation, while the transition to a modular curriculum requires new teaching competencies. We will provide students with work-based learning on modern equipment and offer teachers insight into European examples of modular planning and assessment to modernize our educational process.
