By implementing the project, we aim to ensure high-quality work-based learning and to adopt modern professional standards and working practices. Increasing students’ employability, enhancing horizontal and vertical mobility across programmes, and strengthening the ability to address complex professional challenges are key to success. We seek to develop participants’ professional, language, and digital competences, and equip teaching staff to logically integrate theoretical and practical content.
We aim to provide students with international work placements and participation in international skills competitions to develop transversal competences, strengthen lifelong learning, and enhance labour market adaptability. We seek to create opportunities for teachers’ cross-sectoral cooperation. Through examples of good practice, we want to encourage exchanging experiences and implementing inclusive and intercultural approaches, thereby strengthening the quality of vocational education.
